Appointment days for the citizens’ reception at the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

Consular services that are provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

1. Reception of the required documents for visa renewals to extend the period of temporary stay in the country, and delivery of the issued visas for the members of the diplomatic missions and consulates of foreign countries, and representatives of international organizations stationed in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as for the members of the administrative and technical or service staff, and their family members, also for foreigners who are traveling to the Republic of Azerbaijan with a special diplomatic mission or, as stipulated in international agreements to which Azerbaijan is a party, foreigners who are traveling with a special mission:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (10:00-12:30)

1. Reception of petitions of the parties which are inviting a foreigner or a stateless person to the Republic of Azerbaijan and delivery of prepared documents:

1. Reception of documents for issuance of diplomatic and service passports, and delivery of issued passports:

1.   Reception of documents for providing a note verbale for diplomatic and service passport holders of the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to obtain foreign visas, and delivery of prepared documents;

2.   Reception of documents for legalization of official documents and issuance of an apostille, and delivery of prepared documents.
